The module emphasizes effective communication and cooperation with interdisciplinary team members and using digital technology for workplace information. You'll work within a disability support context by following individualized plans, using person-centered communication, and seeking consent before support activities. Recognizing and reporting signs of abuse and maintaining proper documentation are key components. Finally, you'll learn to monitor your stress levels and implement self-care strategies, seeking support when needed.
