How the program works

What is the program?

The program brings practical skill-building into a clear, term-based pathway. Hands-on activities reflect workplace, community and daily-life situations, giving learners regular opportunities to practise communication, teamwork, independence and workplace participation.

Each program runs for a 10-week term, with two sessions each week. Learning happens in supportive small groups through a mix of simulated activities and real-world settings. Learners can move through more than one program area as their interests and goals develop.
